Return Policy

Generally speaking...
Once wine or alcohol leaves our premises we cannot accept it back as per U.S Federal regulations concerning alcoholic products. Please let us know if there are any unusual circumstances (e.g. we messed up your order) at support@wineglobe.com.

Damaged goods
We ship using UPS compliant packing materials specifically designed for wine. If there is an issue please send us images to support@wineglobe.com and we will work with you and UPS to resolve it quickly.

Return to sender (Wine Globe)
All wine shipments require an adult signature (for obvious reasons) so please make sure you plan accordingly. UPS and FedEx will leave door tags if they miss you. Call them right away to have them hold for pickup or make other arrangements. If the wine is returned to us there will be a 10% restocking fee or the cost or reshipping to you!
